About Artemis

Artemis Luna Muise (Karla Muise, BCST, LMT, RMT) has been studying the healing arts since 2008 when their own health journey became their greatest teacher. Artemis’s bodywork specializes in reshaping chronic and acute pain. As a Spiritwalker, they guide people through the Mystery so that they can be in right relationship with themselves, their communities, and the spirit realm. Artemis enjoys exploring nature, making art, Storytelling, and spending time with friends and family. 

Education and Training

Artemis started their bodywork education at Stillpoint Massage School which is associated with Greenfield Community College in Greenfield, MA. In 2011 they graduated Stillpoint’s 735 hour program which focused on therapeutic treatment using Swedish and Myofacial based modalities. Artemis sees client both in their private practice, and also working for Classic Touch, which brings therapeutic touch to individuals with developmental disabilities.

They began their 2.5 year training program in Biodynamic Cranioscral Therapy in 2015. Completing 10 modules of training, encompassing more then 150 practice hours and 320 hours of class time. Artemis is now a graduate of the Sacred Yew Institute.

Artemis’s skill in the spirit realm developed through a 9+ year healing journey with a debilitating neurological illness. They further honed their skill by mentoring with Alisa Muniz in their Gatekeepers of the Sacred Threshold program. 

To further support their healing practice, Artemis studied Reiki under the Usui tradition with Rev. Brighid Murphy, and then continued their study in Reiki, Seichem, and Violet flame with Stacy Every. Artemis is a Reiki Master Teacher.

In addition, Artemis is a Neuro-Linguistic Programing Practitioner, and a graduate of Priestess Path with ALisa Starkweather.
