Massage Therapy is an important step towards finding comfort, ease, and awareness in your body. I have over 6 years of experience treating chronic pain, and helping clients recover from injury.
My massage sessions go beyond just typical Swedish massage. I add in techniques that I have gathered over the years to help me tailor my session to meet your needs.
My work is both therapeutic and relaxing. Before each session we discuss your goals for your body, and how I can help you best. It is important to me that we always work within your comfort levels.
What's it like?
My massage work has been described as slow, steady, and specific. Slow deep strokes allow the nervous system to slow down and deepen into a healing rhythm. Each client has different needs, and I tailor each session to meet your preferences and comfort levels.
Some sessions are less about relaxation and more about injury recovery. Here I bring my years of training and experience to analyze what is causing discomfort, educate my clients, and create a treatment plan.
